Meet the team!

Jariah and Dane met in 2015 in Lismore while studying.

Both sharing a passion for osteopathy, they didnt take long to form a strong alliance.

After both working in several clinics throughout the East coast of Aus, Jariah and Dane decided to plant roots in the beautiful town Nelson Bay, and open Resolve in 2022.

More about Jariah and Dane

Originally from Western Australia, Jariah completed her studies at Southern Cross University, graduating with a Master of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of clinical science (Majoring in Human structure and function and osteopathic studies).

 

Jariah can treat all demographics of patients, from children to the elderly however her post-graduate research in pregnancy related complaints is a specific interest. She is also passionate about acute sporting injuries and understanding what rehabilitation the individual patient needs.

When Jariah is not at the clinc you may find her surfing, practising pilates or crocheting a new blanket with a good TV show.

Thurs: 8am-1pm

Dane grew up in the Port Stephens area and is pleased to be calling it home again. He completed his studies at Southern Cross University, graduating with a Master of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of clinical science (Majoring in Human structure and function and osteopathic studies). Since then Dane has had experience in many clinics across NSW and QLD treating numerous demographics of patients and conditions.

 

Dane proficient in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues. He regularly treats lower back and neck pain, but also enjoys working through sporting injuries, headaches and vertigo. 

When Dane is not at the clinic, you will usually find him outdoors surfing, fishing or mountain biking with friends.

Tracey Foster

Osteopath, Naturopath, Remedial Masseuse

​Tracey’s lifelong dedication, depth of holistic health knowledge and multi-modality expertise underpins her masterful capacity to treat a wide range of health issues.

She holds a Masters in Osteopathy, Bachelor of Science (Naturopathy), a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Human Structure & Function) as well as a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. 

Tracey’s bold and infectious sense of humour, down to earth nature and ability to insightfully communicate allows her to hold a truly healing space.

In addition to her academic expertise, life experience and over 25 years of personal development, Tracey is able to see health from more than just a physical perspective. She truly understands that we are more than just the “sum of our parts”.

Her metaphysical training, depth of knowledge and compassion give her uncanny insight thus creating a safe space for her clients to unravel and be supported whilst expressing physical or emotional challenges.

Tracey combines the best of evidence-based science with intuition to treat a wide range of health situations. Tracey not only specialises in treating the musculoskeletal areas of the body, but has a keen interest in functional medicine, treating stress, digestive-related disorders as well as providing prenatal and postnatal support.
